Binod World Order, henceforth referred to by its short form, BWO, will-

• Always be ensured by the security of the world’s fastest blockchain, Solana.
• Always be populated by people from diverse backgrounds with diverse interests from different parts of the globe.
• Always be open to everyone regardless of their place of birth, color of skin, physical attributes, physical disabilities, social, political or economic status, gender, sex or creed.
• Initially be legally equivalent to an MMORPG where its participants are LARPING as citizens until world authorities like the United Nations recognize us as an official nation.
• Always strive to maintain a healthy community and prevent discrimination, hate and prejudice against any citizen.
• Always promote critical thinking, hard work and creativity as fundamental values that our nation is built on.
• Always promote free markets and never stifle innovation in the country.
• Strive to set a precedent that a decentralized country is not only possible, but also more efficient and effective than physical countries demarcated by borders.
• Never require any citizens to give up citizenship of their existing country of residence/birth, or encourage feelings of resentment against any geographical or digital country.
• Never promote, organize or endorse any activity that is against the laws of any citizens' geographical jurisdiction.
• Strive to promote creative expression, freedom and liberty of thought and speech, equality of opportunity, pseudonymous identities, decentralized and pseudonymous economy and complete freedom among its citizens.
• Strive to abide by our guiding principles and maintain harmony and order among our citizens.
• Never promote, organize or participate in the harassment of others.
