BWO, currently existing in the digital cloud without any geographical location, does not need laws. Because we do not need laws, we do not need law enforcement.

Borders are necessary when there are threats of violence from other nation states. To avoid threats of war and violence, countries are incentivized to spend on training and maintaining a strong military force.

BWO is a decentralized digital nation state that is above wars, and thus, we do not need a border nor do we need a military force.

Instead of rigid laws we currently have 10 guiding principles. These are-

1. Be kind. Assume that everyone in BWO, as is common with all humans, are generally struggling with something that you have no idea about.
2. Today you, tomorrow me. Try to help those who seek help regardless of any expectations. What they face today, you might face tomorrow. Empathy is key.
3. Truth, duty and the pursuit of freedom is more important than conformity and comfort.
4. Respect the makers, the creators, the builders of things.
5. Skills > Credentials.
6. Equality of opportunity > Equality of outcome.
7. Science > Politics, social sciences and religions.
8. Practice > Perfection.
9. Self improvement is a necessity and one of our fundamental values. Seize every day.
10. Life is short. Make memes, laugh and spread happiness.

Along with these guiding principles, different citizen nodes of BWO, such as citizen-run Discord citizen nodes, will have stricter rules of their own. Moderation at citizen nodes are held at a higher standard and citizens might be banned from citizen nodes if they don’t comply with the rules dictated by those citizen nodes.

However, anyone banned from citizen nodes does NOT mean that they are banned from BWO, and can easily start up a citizen node of their own with their own ideals and rules.
